Delightful Shrimp Avocado

I absolutely love avocados. They are healthy, buttery, and utterly delicious when combined with seafood. These little shrimp avocados are the easiest ever to do, and they are heavenly in taste. Fresh shrimps are essential with this recipe, so go ahead and buy some from your local store. Mayonnaise…well, I am sure pretty much anyone knows how to do that. Try to make it on your own, and not buy it in a jar of some kind. Boil the shrimps in some water with basil and oregano. I usually do not boil shrimps for longer than 3 to 5 minutes. Skin the shrimps out of their shells, cut them in little pieces, and mix them with the mayonnaise. Cut the avocado in half, take the seed out, and fill them with the shrimpy mayonnaise. Use a spoon to eat the whole thing directly out of the avocado shell. No stress, no dishes, no heavy cooking! All said! Enjoy!







P.S. The only thing with avocados is not to buy them if they really, really hard on the outside. If this is the case and you still want to buy them, keep them in the pantry for a few days until they feel soft to the touch.
