Even if you’ve been with someone more than half of your life, there are some things that you just don’t change…about yourself, about your better half. And with us, as with many others – I believe – it’s taste. And we have tried, many times, to make an abstract of that, but when it comes to fish…well…let’s just say, trout is my thing, and tuna, his. So, how you go about this recipe is exactly like this:
You go into the store and you buy two kinds of fish: one tuna (his) and one trout (hers).
You roam around the store and, as you realize you ‘re just not in the mood to spend your spare time, cooking your wits out…you take some greens, some tomatoes, some cucumbers and maybe some radishes…and you’re set. You have yourself a salad.
As you get home, you start the grill at once. The salad doesn’t actually require cooking, so you’re just about done with that. You grill the tuna, 3 minutes on one side, 3 minutes on the other, no more (or so I’ve heard).
You also grill the trout, which might take more than 6 minutes to get done. Careful, when turning it from one side to the other, though. Trout is sensible.
And, well, I wish I could tell you more, but that’s it. You’re done! A full, wholesome meal, in almost no time at all. Do enjoy!
